Recent Accomplishments

2024

The Lightweight 4+ boat won the Silver Medal at the Scholastic Rowing Association Regatta (The National Schools Finals), Gold at City Championships, 4th overall at Stotesbury, and Silver at Mid-Atlantic’s.
The Heavyweight 4+ boat won a Silver Medal at City Championships, 6th at Stotesbury, and 5th at the SRAA Nationals.
The Varsity double boat won a Bronze Medal (3rd) at Mid-Atlantic’s.


2022-2023


Radnor Boys Crew Club was the top public school in region for rowing this year. 

Frostbite Regatta 2023
Braxton Memorial Regatta 2023

JV4+ placed 1st out of 24 boats in the Frostbite Regatta and 1st out of 26 boats in the Braxton Memorial Regatta

Head of Charles Regatta 2022
Radnor Men’s Youth 4+ placed 39th out of approximately 100 boats from around the world.
 
This was the best time their V4 ever achieved and the first time they were in the top half of all boats
and qualifying to race again next year.   
We also raced a U17  Men’s Youth 4+ boat.

Very few public schools attend the Head of Charles.

Braxton Regatta 2022 - Varsity 4+ placed 1st.

USRowing Mid-Atlantic Youth Championships 2023 
Novice 4+ placed 2nd.

Manny Flick 5 2023
The Varsity 4+ took 1st, the Lightweight 4+ took 2nd and the JV4+ placed 4th place.

City Championships 2023
It was a great day to be part of the RBCC family. 
Our rowers took home some medals and raced hard. 
The V4+ finished 2nd, the JV4+  placed 3rd, our Lightweight 4+ and Novice 8+ both took 4th.

Every Radnor boat came home with a medal.

Stotesbury Regatta 2022 - JV4+ placed 6th (out of 51).

RBCC had an historic 2021-22 year
 Stotesbury was a long hot two days with races being canceled, reinstated, and rescheduled.
The JV4 had an amazing semifinal race
to edge out St. Joseph's Prep and qualified for finals.
They took 6th place out of 51 boats. The lightweight boat made it to finals with a 6th place finish. 

Although Stotesbury was a great day for RBCC it could not compare to City Championships.
The 2022 City Championships will be a day to remember for RBCC.  All 4 boats medalled.The Novice 8+ started us off with a bronze.  The JV4 raced strong and won the gold. The lightweights were up next and raced hard to take home the Silver.
Our final race of Cities was the varsity pair. The pair won their race by over 10 seconds taking gold.   

We finished the season with four boats racing at
SRAA National Championship
Varsity 4+, JV4+ which made it to semifinals and placed 7th overall, JV8+, Lightweight 4+.


2020-2021
(regatta season affected by Covid)

City Championships 2021
Varsity 2-
We raced two boats and placed 3rd and 5th.
Novice 4+ placed 1st (gold).

Stotesbury Regatta 2021 - JV 4+ placed 3rd.

SRRA National Championship 2021
We took our Varsity4+ that qualified. It did not place but it was great that we got to attend.
