Learning to row at our camp offers numerous physical, mental, and social benefits. It's a great way to get a full-body workout, improve cardiovascular health, and build strength and endurance. Our camp provides structured instructions by the RBCC coaching staff to learn proper rowing technique. The Radnor Boys Crew has consistently been ranked among the top public high schools in PA. Colleges recognize the required commitment, giving rowers an edge in college admissions. Crew is one of the oldest collegiate and Olympic sports with a rich history and tradition. The Philadelphia’s Boathouse Row dates back to the 1860s! ​

 

Physical Benefits:
